Software
You can request a refund for any of our premium/paid software that you have purchased within a product-specific time-frame (Blue, for instance, has a return window of fifteen days since the date of purchase).
More expensive software will usually have a longer return window.
We are pretty reasonable, too.
For instance, say you purchase Blue, and if on the 16th or 17th day you find that it simply does not fit your needs, we will probably still give you a refund.
Though, please note that after the return window passes it’s entirely up to us whether we give you a refund or not (If you have used a copy of Steve Studios software for many months and accomplished many things with it but send an email asking for a refund – that wouldn’t be fair to us).
Hardware
You can request a refund for a physical product that we shipped to you only if it is defective within a certain amount of time.
For instance, you have 15 days since the date of delivery to request a refund for a defective SDesk Physical Edition product.
More expensive products will usually have a longer return window.
You’re not completely on your own after the return window passes though. Like with our software, we can still choose to give you a refund if your SDesk Physical Edition USB dies on the 16th/17th day or reasonably close to the last day of the return window.
Still, please note that this is entirely up to us after the return window passes.
